Tile Requests

Bathymetry uses standard XYZ PNG tile URLs over HTTPS.

Contour tiles

https://tiles.1224tools.com/v1/{z}/{x}/{y}.png?key=YOUR_API_KEY

Native contour tiles are available at zoom levels 0–13.

labels4 tiles

https://tiles.1224tools.com/v1/labels/20260823-labels4/{z}/{x}/{y}.png?key=YOUR_API_KEY

Native labels4 tiles are available at zoom levels 9–13. Use labels4 together with contour tiles when your map design needs depth labels.

Coordinates and responses

  • z is the integer zoom level.
  • x and y are XYZ tile coordinates in the range for that zoom.
  • A successful response is image/png.
  • Invalid coordinates return JSON with HTTP 400; unsupported zoom or unavailable tiles return HTTP 404.
