Usage Alerts and Spending Controls
A usage warning is shown in your account Dashboard at 80%, and we will notify you by email when monthly usage reaches 90% of your included request allowance.
Hard Limit is enabled by default. Requests stop when the included monthly allowance is reached, so you do not incur unexpected overage charges.
If you want requests to continue beyond the allowance, you can explicitly opt in to Overage from your Dashboard after confirming your billing information. Overage is billed at $0.10 per additional 1,000 requests across all self-service plans. You can return to Hard Limit at any time.

Billing and Cancellation
Self-service plans renew monthly. Canceling stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period; access continues until then. We do not provide a prorated refund for a period-end cancellation.
What Counts as a Request?
Each successfully requested XYZ tile counts as one tile request. Monthly usage is measured against the request allowance included with your plan.
