When a Hard Usage Limit is enabled, tile requests are blocked after the included monthly allowance has been reached instead of generating overage charges.
Payment
Payments are processed by Paddle. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Subscriptions and Renewal
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions and automatically renew until cancelled.
Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further subscription renewal charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
Subscription management and cancellation are available through Paddle’s buyer services.
Refunds
Purchases and refund requests are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record and are subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the buyer’s jurisdiction.
